Set Up Charge
Transfer setups incur a $50.00(G) charge per color, with a reduced $25.00(G) setup fee for re-orders.
Tape Charge
A $100.00(G) tape charge applies to all new embroidery orders. Designs exceeding 7,000 stitches will incur an additional $35.00(G) charge per 1,000 stitches, along with a $0.35(G) running charge per 1,000 stitches. These additional stitch charges also apply to free tape orders.
Multi-Color Imprint
Adding extra colors to a transfer imprint costs $0.50(G) per color, per piece. For 4-color process transfers, a total setup charge of $200.00(G) applies. One color is included in the base price, and each of the three additional colors is $0.50(G) per piece. Re-orders also require setup fees. Multi-color imprints may increase production time.
Imprint Area and Method
For transfers, the maximum imprint area is 4 inches wide by 2 inches high. Embroidery allows for a slightly larger imprint area, up to 4 ½ inches wide by 2 inches high.
Embroidery Information
The listed price covers embroidery with up to 7 thread colors and a maximum of 7,000 stitches per design.
